Preparation: In a skillet or deep fryer, preheat to 350 degrees F enough oil to cover the plantains. Fry for about 4 minutes or until browned. Remove and place on a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil. Add salt to taste. Keep frozen. Cut strip to open.
