Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet or Griddle: Preheat to 350 degrees F or medium heat. Place bacon slices one at a time on a skillet or griddle. Cook for 4 minutes, flip bacon, and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until desired level of crispness. Remove slices and drain on paper towels. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place bacon in single layer in a shallow pan (foil line for easy clean up). Place on middle rack and cook for approximately 20 minutes before removing pan from oven and flipping. Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Keep refrigerated.
