Cooking: Bring 1 gallon water to a boil in large saucepan. Remove and discard ties from number of somen bundles desired. Add somen, a litter at a time, to boiling water. Cook uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool and drain well. Serve with sauce made from Kikkoman Memmi, as directed on label.
