Quivira Zinfandel Dry Creek Wine - 750 Ml
Vineyards and winery. Dry Creek Valley is famous for Zinfandel, and in this bottling Quivira focuses on bringing forth the region's finest expression. Sustainable farming practices reflect our commitment to the health of the land and its inhabitants - like the wild cross-breed pig who shares our vineyard farm. We believe this winegrowing philosophy results in naturally balanced vines, deeply rooted in living soils. Sourced from twelve diverse vineyard lots, our Zinfandel has rich, balanced character of black cherry and plum accented by spice and pepper. Alc. 14.5% by volume.
Tasting Notes | Red raspberry and cherry dominate but also blackberry and marionberry. Classic white pepper and nutmeg flavors along with delicate green herbs reminiscent of tomato leaf. |
