Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Prepare your own and save. Spare ribs. Handling and Cutting Instructions: 1. Lay your IBP Supreme Trim spare ribs on a large, flat, cutting surface with the lean (pink) side facing down and the concave or bone side facing up. 2. Carefully open bag along the bone side of the spare ribs using meat scissors or a sharp knife. 3. Remove spare ribs from bag and dispose of bag and excess liquid. 4. Pat dry bone side of spare ribs with a clean paper towel. Turn spare ribs over and repeat this step on the lean side. 5. The spare ribs are now ready for your favorite dry rub, seasoning or special recipe. Keep refrigerated.
