We use only authentic small batch baking methods and extended natural fermentation, where some loaves can take up to 72 hours. We choose to ferment our doughs for a long time in order to make bread that is not only more delicious but also better for you. Freeze your loaf In this bag for up to one month from date of purchase. We recommend not refrigerating your bread. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Do not refreeze loaf after thawing. Refresh the bread Ina toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb before refreshing. Toasted bread is always delicious!
