This Meiomi Chardonnay white wine is effortlessly approachable and undeniably luxurious. Crafted with grapes grown in the finest winemaking regions of California, the clusters are picked at the peak of ripeness to ensure the perfect balance of richness and vibrancy. Our Chardonnay grapes are left on the vine longer to ripen in maritime climates tempered by warm sun to develop rich, concentrated flavors. Fermentation occurs with 100% French Oak to complement the natural flavors. After primary fermentation is complete, the lees is stirred while the wines undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in the smooth, rich mouthfeel and overall depth of the wine. Notes of vibrant citrus, and crisp apple, are layered with aromas of tropical fruits, honey, baking spices, and a hint of custard. Malolactic fermentation and French oak aging deliver depth and roundness, culminating in the perfect finish – velvety, rich, and plush. Each 750ml bottle contains 13.5% ABV. Serve chilled with roasted poultry, creamy pasta, fresh seafood, or a hand-crafted charcuterie board. The perfect finish for all of life’s moments.
