Do not puncture or pierce bag before microwaving. 1. Place the frozen, unopened bag in microwave this side up. 2. Microwave on high for 6 - 8 minutes. 3. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Optional: Season to taste. Stovetop: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add frozen butternut squash. 2. Return to boil, then stir, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. 3. Simmer 5-7 minutes or until tender. 4. Drain, season to taste and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
