Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. To Pan Fry: Arrange slices in unheated skillet. Cook at 340 degrees F for 3-1/2 minutes on each side, or until cooked. Drain on paper towels before serving. To Microwave: Put slices on a double layer of paper towels. Place on microwave proof or paper plate, Cover with another paper towel to prevent splattering, Microwave on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or as indicated below. Begin with minimum time, then check until done. 2 Slices: 1-1/2 minutes. 4 Slices: 2-1/2-3-1/2. 6 Slices: 4-5 minutes. 12 Slices: 8-9 minutes. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 145 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
