Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Pan Fry Instructions: Place thawed sausage links in a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. Cook 12-16 minutes or until cooked through and browned, turning often. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F. Oven Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place sausages on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for approximately 10 minutes. Turn sausage over and continue roasting for approximately 5 minutes, until sausages reach internal temperature of 160 degrees F. To get to a nice golden brown, preheat broiler. Place the pan under the broiler and broil the sausages, turning once until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Keep refrigerated.
