Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 4½ cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in Soup Mix and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Garnish, if desired, with shredded chicken, chopped fresh cilantro, diced avocado or sliced scallions.
