This sauce highlights the smooth nature of honey with layered notes of pineapple, tamarind and a light peppery finish. The honey pulled pork is made following the traditions of Mr. Jack Daniel whose motto was “Every Day We Make It, We’ll Make It the Best We Can”. The history of Jack Daniel’s BBQ goes back to Lynchburg Tennessee in the 1800’s where ol’ Mr. Jack Daniel was known far and wide for his annual summer BBQs.
