Directions
Mix the pudding powder with 4 tablespoons (50 g) of sugar. Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well. Boil the rest of the milk 11 1/2 cups), remove from the heat, add the stirred prepared mixture. Return on the heat and then simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the hot pudding into cups that you have previously rinsed with water and let cool. Keep in a cool dry place.
