Directions

Use on the grill or in the oven. 1. Soak plant up to 1 hour. 2. Cover entire plank with food. 3. Add to preheated grill or oven. 4. Keep grill or oven closed. 5. Cook until done. 6. Do not leave unattended. 7. Douse flame with water. How To Use Grilling Planks: Soak grilling plank in warm water for 15 minutes. Preheat oven or grill. Place food on plank and add to grill or oven. Close grill lid. Cook until done. Discard the plank after use. Keep a spray bottle of water handy to douse flare-ups.
