Mix: Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Natural Vanilla Bean Powder, Baking Soda. Jam: Sugar, Huckleberries, Pectin, Citric Acid.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside the jar of jam. Spray or line a muffin tin (12). 2/3 cup sour cream; 1 egg; 1/3 cup melted butter; 2 tbls water. Combine the above and whisk together until just blended - do not over mix! Use 2/3 of the batter and divide evenly to partially fill 12 muffin cups. Spoon a small dab of jam into center of each cup. Use the remaining batter to cover the jam. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes check with toothpick. Cool before serving.
