Pairing Recommendations: Rich cheese such as Boar's Head Irish cheddar. Nutty and creamy cheese such as Boar's Head Blanc Grue Gruyere Cheese. Full bodied red wine such as a Shiraz, Cabernet or Malbec. Lush and bright white wine such as Chardonnay or Prosecco. Light lager. Board Pro Tips: Plan for 2 oz of meat and 2 oz of cheese per guest.
