Directions

In Each Tablet: Directions: Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: At the onset of symptoms, chew or allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth, up to 6 times per day. For exercise-induced cramps and spasms, take before, during, and after activity. Contains dextrose; consider rinsing mouth with water if taken at bedtime. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Not recommended.
