Cooking instructions (serves 4) in a pot with a lid, coat contents of package well with 1 tablespoon oil. Turn heat to high, add 1â…“ cups water and bring to a boil. Stir, cover, and turn heat to low for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and let sit covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Serve hot or cold, with anything. Dress it up. Fonio loves company! Microwave it 1 packaged fonio pilaf + 1â…“ cups water. Cover tightly + microwave 2 minutes. Let sit covered 3 minutes + then fluff!
