Brush 2 minutes, morning, night 2 times daily. Change brush every 3 months. Soft rounded. Floss daily after each meal. Brush Your Teeth For 2 Minutes in 4 Quadrants: Top, bottom, left and right for 30 seconds each. Changing your toothbrush every 3 months and after being sick will help fight bacteria build-up.
