Cook thoroughly. Cook Instructions (from frozen): Microwave: Remove all packaging. Place individual frozen quesadilla on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Flip and microwave for 45 seconds -1 minute, or until heated throughout. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stovetop: Remove all packaging. Preheat skillet on medium-low heat with 1 tsp of oil per quesadilla. Add quesadilla and cover with a lid. Flip every 3-4 minutes until crispy on the outside and cheesy in the middle, about 12-15 minutes, or until heated throughout. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove all packaging. Wrap individual frozen quesadilla in foil. Place on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Cook 20-22 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, until center is melted or until heated throughout. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Food Safety Tips: Fully cooked products must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher. Cooking times may vary, heat thoroughly. Keep frozen.
