Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Wrap in foil and place on a roasting pan bacon side up. Roast in preheated 350 F oven for 28-42 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 145 F. Remove foil during last 5 minutes of cooking to brown. Let filet rest for three minutes before slicing. For Grill: Preheat grill to low heat. Place filet on foil on grate bacon side up over indirect, medium heat. Grill until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Turn periodically to prevent burning. Remove from grill and let the filet rest for three minutes before slicing. For Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350 F. Place foil on top of filet to cover bacon. Place filet in air fryer. Cook approximately 22-38 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 F. Remove from air fryer and let filet rest for three minutes before slicing. Oven, grill and air fryer temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
