Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place unopened bag standing up on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high according to chart or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. Microwave Wattage: 1200, Time on High*: 4-1/2 to 5 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000, Time on High*: 5-1/2 to 6 min.
