Directions
Marry Me Chicken: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 20 minutes. Makes 5 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 1 tbsp. oil. 1 1/4 lbs. thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts cutlets about 5 pieces). 2 cups heavy cream. Directions: 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove from skillet. 2. Add heavy cream to skillet. Bring to light boil on medium heat, whisking constantly. Add Seasoning Mix, mixing until smooth. Simmer until slightly thickened. 3. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat; simmer until sauce is desired consistency and chicken is heated through. Kitchen Tips: Try with boneless pork chops in place of chicken. Prepare as directed. Serve chicken over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
