Safe Handling Instructions: Raw flour is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from naturally occurring bacteria. Do not eat or play with raw dough; wash hands, utensils, and surfaces after handling. Family Favorites: Ingredients: 2 tablespoons yeast. I teaspoon sugar.1/2 cup warm water. 2 eggs, beaten. 1/2 cup oil. 1/2 cup honey. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk. 1/2 cup hot water. 3-4 cups Prairie Gold Flour. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Soften yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. 3. Mix together eggs, oil, honey, salt, milk, and 1/2 cup hot water. Add yeast mixture. Add flour; mix all. 4. Let dough rest for 10-15 minutes. 5. Knead dough, let rise. 6. Punch down, knead again, let rise until double in bulk. 7. Make into desired size dinner rolls. 8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
