Stove Top: Bring 1/2 to 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan; add 1 cup of frozen sliced okra. Bring to a second boil; stir, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer 6 to 7 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally; until heated thoroughly. Drain, season to taste, and serve. How to Cook ‘em: Do not thaw and refreeze. Note: Because stovetops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
