Mix: Unbleached Flour, Sugar, Powdered Buttermilk, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Grd White Chocolate, Non-Dairy Creamer, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, Powdered Huckleberry Juice, Corn Syrup. Jelly: Sugar, Huckleberries, Pectin, Citric Acid.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or cover with parchment a light colored baking sheet. Pour dry mix in a medium mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add: 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup water using a fork, stir until dough cleans sides of the bowl. With floured hands gather the dough into a ball, place on prepared baking sheet. Pat into a flat circle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut like a pie (8 or 10 wedges), then lift each wedge and move each one out from the center so they do not touch. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 25 minutes - or until lightly brown. Serve with huckleberry jelly!
