During the twentieth century, the mill was one of many small, family -run mills that peppered the country. Now, these small mills are few and far between. We've remained small because we care about the quality of our products. So much so that we're involved in the production process every step of the way. We work with local farmers to hand select each batch of wheat, ensuring it meets our quality standards. We mill our own flour, and hand-craft each mix in small batches on-site. Directions
Perfect muffins every time! Mix: Mix contents of the package with 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 2 eggs. Cook: Spoon into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-22 minutes. Eat: Remove from oven carefully and enjoy!
